The DV Mark Maragold Head has its name of Greg Howes new band. But he should not only meet the taste of the master himself, but also represent an excellent amp for guitarists who love with a 2-channel 40 Watt full tube amplifier. Channel 1 produces a squirting, clean sound that gets a pleasant crunch distortion with higher gain. Channel 2 is hotter tuned: it supplies bluesy Crunch, Heavy Overdrive and High Gain Leads, depending on the gain setting. The sound remains printable with clearly defined notes.
