The Gretsch G5700 Electromatic Lap Steel Tahiti Red conjures the distinctive sounds of the Hawaii guitar and proves to be an extremely flexible instrument of the Blues, Country and Western Swing. The six-string instrument on the lap offers a slender Mahagonikorpus for outstanding play comfort and a 28-strong plastic grip board, which provides the ideal overview of all the layers with its inlays decorated with triangles, circles, squares and diamonds. A Gretsch Single Coil is located in front of the Chrome Bar Bridge and is controlled in classic manner by a volume controller for volume control and a tone controller for height damping.
